Happy Easter!

The Easter Egg Hunt and The Goldenrod

Richard had to work 3:30pm-midnight on Easter. He also had a campout Fri-Sat and didn't get home till about 5:30pm, so we squeezed in the hunt and goldenrod dinner Sat evening. The kids got to bed late, but at least Richard was there. (I'm thankful he could come with us to church today.)

Somehow I always seem to get a picture of Belle with a sad face when she wears this shirt "Make Every Day Happy." Right now she's showing sadness because Wendell didn't want her so close to him. I've never met a more dramatic child. You KNOW she got that from Richard. ;) (She's holding her prize- lipgloss- she earned filling up her obedience sticker chart.)



The Wendell

Wendell's alias is The Puzzle Master. He can do this 100 piece puzzle BY HIMSELF. He's TWO!! He LOVES puzzles. His skill boggles my simple mind. Just to clarify, he did this puzzle with someone for many times first before he did it by himself.

Could swing all day and not get bored. Here's pictures from Isabelle's best friend, Emry's birthday party. Isabelle gave her a best friend necklace they're both wearing in this picture.

Isabelle enjoyed the present opening I think as much as the birthday girl. While the other kids went off and played, Isabelle was there relishing every present.

The Kimberly

A couple weeks ago, we drove out to Kansas City and met up with Rich's sister, Kimmy who had flown in from Fla for a friend's wedding reception. Here we're chillin' at Cabela's and before that we ate at Famous Dave's.

Case in point: Wendell is a goofball
