Time to put away Christmas decorations (early January)...
[I finally am able to make a minute to try and update a little. (Just to clarify so you don't think we just took down our decorations in February- right before this was written!)]

Richard had gone without shaving :) so I forced him to let me take pictures.

Isabelle's Birthday

Isabelle turned 2 on Jan. 16. We were able to web cam with Shipp Grandparents and Brooksby Grandparents and Aunt Christina. That was fun. One of the birthday presents we got pictures of was the dress up clothes from Granparents Brooksby.

Because Wendell was still so new, we didn't have a lot of people over for a party, but we did have the Gambles over for cake. Here's Belle opening a present from one of her favorite friends, Will.

Cake is a rareity in the Brooksby home. Isabelle started to call the birthday cake "Happy Cake." Pretty cute.

Isabelle's first time pooping in the toilet (she asked to)- right on her birthday.
